Actually, you should be fine. I had gone on a low carb regimine a couple of years ago to lose some weight, and after I reached my goal, I found that I enjoyed the PB that I had been snacking on so much, I became "hooked" on it, and ate it everyday. I even ate it off the spoon as a snack. My weight stayed down just fine. I still love it.

I always buy the natural kind without trans fats or sugar in it, nothing but salt and peanuts.
You may want to lower the bananna, pancakes and oatmeal a bit if you are wanting to lose that 10 lbs. That's an lawful lot of carbs, and not a lot of protein. If you like eggs, I suggest replacing some of that with them, or cottage cheese maybe. Or a protein shake.
