Hello, I am new and I am looking for some advice from older, wiser people please.
Well my problem is I can't seem to eat enough. I am female and a teenager. I am only 4'11" and weigh 101 pounds. Putting on weight is pretty hard and I should probably, at my age, weigh more. I'm totally picky with food and generally I only eat chicken, bacon, potatoes, rice, curry, pasta and cheese pizza etc. Nothing like salad so I think I am pretty unhealthy.
I am hoping someone has any tips on how to gain weight with my limited taste or knows of any calorie rich foods? Thanks alot, and I know its kind of vague...
