Talking Looking for advice

Hello, I am new and I am looking for some advice from older, wiser people please.

Well my problem is I can't seem to eat enough. I am female and a teenager. I am only 4'11" and weigh 101 pounds. Putting on weight is pretty hard and I should probably, at my age, weigh more. I'm totally picky with food and generally I only eat chicken, bacon, potatoes, rice, curry, pasta and cheese pizza etc. Nothing like salad so I think I am pretty unhealthy.

I am hoping someone has any tips on how to gain weight with my limited taste or knows of any calorie rich foods? Thanks alot, and I know its kind of vague...

You would like to eat more calorie rich food? Honey, you are already eating it!
And by the way, 101 pounds is not that skinny at 4'11" so don't worry about putting on more weight. If you continue with your eating habits, more weight will come eventually but why would you want it?
What you need to worry about is eating more healthy food, not just more fattening food. Gaining fat is not the issue, gaining healthy eating habits is. You are very young so there is a long road ahead. Choose healthier foods, exercise (it doesn't need to be at the gym, just keep active) and make it your way of life, not a temporary fix.

I agree with Rita. You don't need to eat more, but might want to try to make healthier choices. Eat breads made with whole wheat flour. Have egg whites regularly, and drink 1 or 2% milk. Yogurt is a good source of protein, and of course fruits and vegetables should be a staple of any diet.

Try to eat more foods that are rich in protein and fiber, and less things like bacon and cheese pizza, which are high in fat. Of course you need not eliminate these things completely, just remember to make them the exception, and not the rule.

I totally agree what these people are saying. I'm also a teenager and 4'11'' and i weigh about 97 lbs. I am even trying to lose about two lbs. You should REALLY REALLY try to eat healthier because with the foods that you have listed, in the future, you will most likely have health problems if you continue with that diet. I used to be like that but i easily got into the habit of eating healthy foods and now i won't even touch the foods you've listed. I became a vegetarian also.. that way i'm not tempted to eat meat that contains harmful fats and such. i'm not saying that you should do the same but its something that helped me quite a bit into getting into new habits. My favorite food used to be chocolate but now its APPLES and i feel better with the diet change. SO GO FOR IT! lol
