Hello,
I Just Recieved A Copy Of My Blood Test And Its Not Good.
My Liver Needs Help. Can Anyone Direct Me To Good Foods That Will Assist In Lowering My Ferritin (iron) And Liver Enzymes. I Stopped The Budweiser 4 Months Ago And They Are Still High. I Have Been Eating Alot Of Fruits And Veggy's With Fish And Brown Rice. I Need New Ideals And Low Iron Foods.

The best way to lower your iron level quickly and cheaply is to donate blood. Iron is probably the hardest to remove from the body and prolonged high level could accelerate aging. To help strengthen and clean your liver, a diet of raw fruits and vegetables would help a great deal. If your looking for supplement the ideal one is Milk Thistle (Sylmarin). Also, drink lots of water and/or fresh vegetable juice.
