Hey,
Am I eating too much yogurt.. fruit..? Something's not agreeing with me. It's not diarrhea: I start off OK but then it "degenerates".
A typical day:
AM: Large apple, mandarin, brown toast.
Lunch: Sandwich (salmon,
lots of dark lettuce, celery, tomatoes, carrot), grapefruit
Dinner: Sandwich (tuna,
lots of dark lettuce, celery, tomatoes, carrot), mandarins
Later: Full tub plain yogurt, kiwi fruits, small minestrone.
