Good, now do some research on how much water a day is good for your health. Put the DIET soda down and pour it down the sink. Your refridgerator should have the follwing liquids for a better diet and better YOU: Milk (Skim or 2%). That's it.
Drinking cold refridgerated water slows down your metabolisim so drink cold tap water (you'll get used to it in 10 days I swear!).
If you need a "fix" for liquid then treat yourself to one serving of it per day but always think about eventaully cutting it down even more. I used to drink some 32 plus oz. of coffee a day and now I'm down to 16 oz./day a year later.
Wanna lose weight? Start right now by drinking water. Exercise 3 - 4 times a week (always check with your physician before starting any exercise plan), eat right like lean meats, plenty of fresh veggies & fruits and stay the heck away from processed or fried foods AT ALL TIMES!!!! No cheating on those, it's just bad for you PERIOD!!!!!
There is no short cut. Sorry, but that's life, no Beach Diet, Clinic Diet, Watching Diet, none of it beats good old fashion DETERMINATION! You'll feel better, you'll look better, and you may even have a date every weekend with your spouse.
