There are 2 main electrolytes: potassium and sodium.
Most people get too much sodium in their diets, so I would not worry about that.
These juices are loaded with potassium: orange, tomato, V8 and prune. Also grapefruit has a fair amount. If you drink tomato and veg juice, I would buy the low sodium. Interestingly, coffee has a high potassium content, but of course coffee can dehydrate you, which would offset some of your water intake.
