Need help dropping body fat!
So I'm on p90x, muay thai training, and yoga for close to a solid year now. Getting great results. Now I need help dropping body fat to show my muscles better. Ha I'm having a rough time. My girlfriend lives with me now which is a good thing. Although, she is a cookie monster! All kinds of sweets around. I often find myself slipping. Not to mention, I just started a great new job and there is access to all kinds of sweets as well!
So I'm thinking of maybe taking a supplement like hydrocut to suppress my appetite and to help dropping body fat. Bad idea?
Can anyone give some good snack ideas that will not hinder my quest to drop body fat?
Any tips at all?
