My guess is that your not eating enough protein and possibly fats to keep you going. Definitely avoid sugar, sweets and caffiene as much as possible as they cause that "sugar,caffiene" high but later you will crash and be hungry.
Also make sure you are eating often enough. Many active young people need 3 good meals and 2-4 healthy snacks to keep their energy high and hunger at bay.
And also, do not miss breakfast. - You need to fuel your body in the am.
I would suggest lean proteins with meals: chicken, turkey, fish, eggs, vegetarian options such as soy burgers, beans. Peanut butter, nuts have protein and fat as well. Snack on nuts, lowfat cheese and crackers, hummus spread on crackers, raw fruit or veg.
Try these and see if you are less hungry.
