Sure, 140 lbs. is not out of the question if you keep eating fast (processed) foods. Obesity is not something that happens all at once. You gain some, lose some and then gain more and more over a long period of time. And it all boils down to poor eating habits. In my opinion, it will be much easyer to make some changes now and prevent the weight gain, rather than gaining a lot of weight and trying to fight obesity later. Some people, once they become obese, never win that fight.
I would recommend that you don't eat anymore fast food. And try not to eat highly processed foods at home. That means staying away from items like baked goods that contain white flour and sugar. Stay away from snacks like potato chips, corn chips and candy. Stay away from pizza which is high in saturated fat, sodium and white flour.
