| Diet anything upsets stomach
I figured out why anytime I ate diet food or diet drinks or even sugarless gum
my stomach would be sour and upset for days. Sorbitol is the first ingredent that is in every diet product. Sorbitol upsets your stomach and makes you have diarrahea for days. If you are feeling these symptoms when taking diet stuff I would stay away. I am finally free of all of those symptoms.
