A long time ago I read "The Blood Type Diet" and it recommended that I eat a lot of meat. That was the main recommendation and it was supposed to be good for my health. Now I have read that that system has pretty much been discredited.

For the past 3 years I've been on a plant based diet, eating no animal protein, and I'm in good health. If I were you, I would forget about trying to eat for your blood type. I think there are better ways to decide what a good diet should consist of.
