The fact that you're asking about food n drink is a good sign. You're looking to improve your diet. You really need to get serious about eating a good diet, otherwise those pains in your stomach might start radiating up into your chest and it might be called "cardiovascular disease". This I fear you may already have but it's not too late to reverse it, if you start eating a good diet. Don't wait to get a heart attack.
A good book to read on this subject is, "The Cardiovascular Cure" by John Cooke MD PhD.
In the mean time, try to eat more whole foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds and berries. Cut back on or eliminate red meat. Favor lean cuts of meat in small amounts, like 4 oz.. Skinless chicken breast is a good choice. Try eating one vegetarian meal per day by substituting whole grain rice 'n' beans in place of meat (or beans 'n' whole grain pasta). Use a small amount of olive oil for dressing where needed on soups or salads etc.. Avoid sugary, salty, fatty processed foods, especially those made with white flour. And avoid overeating.
I'm not sure what to say about the beer drinking but the book will address the issue of alcohol consumption. I tend to think that one beer per day is probably a good limit.
