Re: What would happen if I just binged at dinner time but didn't eat breakfast or lun
aznkid94030,
Many years ago I had a friend who did this. Well, it was almost the same. He would drink diet sodas all day long and then have one meal at the end of the day. I don't remember how long he kept it up; it might have been several months. It didn't appear to hurt him as far as I could tell. But he was only about 20 and that may be why he could do it.
He didn't seem to develop any health problems because of it but I can't see that it helped him in the long run either.
If you try it and you feel like it's becoming detrimental to your health, you can always stop. Right? Everyone is different so no one can tell for sure what effect it will have on you.

That's what I did for six months...ate nothing for breakfast or lunch, and had 2-3 cups of coffee a day. Had a big dinner and maybe a snack later in the night if I was unbearably hungry.
Combined with 30-40 minutes of DDR three days a week, I lost 25 pounds or so. People might say it will do something to your metabolism, but I have bad metabolism and this is all that worked for me. Besides, I was on a 1000-calorie-a-day diet and I just did not have room in my meal plan for breakfast or lunch.
In short, it won't do anything detrimental to you or your diet, and it may help you to lose weight. Oh, and be sure to drink water. I usually chug two bottles (equal to four servings) a day, and expect to be in the bathroom a lot if you drink this much fluid.

Your metabolism will slow down a lot. If you want to lose weight, eat about 6 small meals a day, and exercise for 2 hrs a mix of cardio and resistance training.
