My advice is to completely forget about the unhealthy foods. I know it will be difficult in the beginning. It's almost like when someone stops drinking or smoking. It's very difficult in the beginning but eventually it is possible to completely free yourself of the addiction.
In my opinion, what works against it is trying to have it both ways by practicing "moderation". That means trying to have a little of the harmful foods once in a while. It only serves to prolong the addiction.
If you stick with it, there will come a day when you don't even care about eating the wrong things. And hopefully, you'll learn some tricks to avoid unnecessary temptations, like bringing your own lunch or snacks with you when you go out somewhere.
