Never! Diets and diet pills don't work. There is no magic cure, magic pill for weight loss. Diet pills are dangerous. Eat a clean balanced diet, educate yourself on nutrition and move your body. Exercise 5-6 days a week, count calories. That is the only way to loose weight and keep it off.
