No, losing that much weight in your early teens is not normal. Can you talk to your parents about this? Or another adult? Do you have any symptoms other than loss of appetite?
Try to get something into you. Even if you don't feel like eating, drink some water or juice. Maybe try to eat some crackers. In the summer heat, not drinking can become dangerous in just one day, sooner if you are very active.
