Looking for advice .. my bowel movements are very hard and infrequent at the moment following a period of illness and 2 operations. So I need to increase my fibre intake. I eat quite healthy and a typical days food for me would be :
Breakfast - Branflakes with sultanas
Lunch - Ham Salad Sandwich (on wholemeal bread)
Dinner - Grilled chicken or salmon with carrots, turnip and baked potato
Snacks - Banana, Apple, Yogurt, Biscuits
So what do you think - where could I increase my fibre or improve my overall diet?
