Eat healthy foods. That means you should mainly eat a wide variety of fresh vegetables and fruit. Those two items are the most important to concentrate on. Avoid anything that's processed like soft drinks, chips 'n' dips, baked goods, pizza and ice cream. There are probably hundreds of those items, so I can't mention them all.

What is your height and weight? What kind of foods have you been eating? Do you exercise regularly? We need more information than age for this specific question.
