Grape Seed extract
I was wondering about grape seed extract??? I have a bottle of Sothys face wash with grape seed extract and never really use it. I just wanted to know what the extract does to the skin? I just saw a bottle of grape seed extract pills, and it was about $20. Has anybody used anything with this extract in it, if so, how did it work?

The vitamin E I use has grapeseed and selenium. I've been using it for 6 months and take a pill every other day. So far I think it's good just because if I miss a week, I break out-it happened twice. Might be coincedence, but as long as it's not hurting, I'll continue taking it.
