Suggestions for isotonic rehydration
Are there any drinks I could buy at the store to rehydrate? I feel like I might be really dehydrated. I've been drinking water and eating salt but still urinating. My urine is now clear colored. Anyone know of a drink with enough salt in it that helps me retain volume?

You're urinating because you're hydrated. Because your urine is clear, your body cannot take on anymore water so it simply expels it right away. I wouldn't add any salts, drinking water is normally more than sufficient.
