Not talking alcohol, but I've come to realize that most things you cane drink, besides water, have a lot of carbs and calories in it. I love my water, but does anyone here know of any other beverages that won't overload you with all kinds of numbers you don't want?
However, some studies have found that artificial sweeteners induce rodents to eat more and get fatter than if they did not consume artificial sweeteners.
Better to drink things like water, tea (no sweetener), coffee (no sweetener) most of the time.
Man, that sucks. I like water, milk, pop and juice. I can't stand coffee or tea (love raspberry ice tea, but it's crammed with sugar). The last time I tried to drink coffee I started dry heaving! Oh well, maybe I'll try to adjust to some of those water flavorings you can buy from the grocery store to add to a bottle of water. Thanks for the intel.
A squirt of lemon or lime juice in your water can improve its taste, and occasional artificialy sweetend drinks are extremely unlikely to make you fat!

Well, I'm not worried about them making me fat - I'm already there! haha. I'm wanting to induce a new diet that will help me get unfat.
I did go shopping tonight, just got back actually, and found that the low-carb thing may not be as hard as I thought. The biggest problem is going to be finding something to replace my Mtn. Dew! I've tried to give it up before, but never made it longer than a month, and even then had some major relapse going on. I don't get why food has such a hold on me. I a great student, moral person and am as stubborn as all get out, but I food is just one thing I have zero will power on.
