proper diet

my age is 25 and weight is 72kg.......i put some fat in abdomen also.....i want to loose at least 10kg......i don't have enough time to exercise......please suggest me some healthy diet that can help me to reduce my weight....... also i like to mention than my father is a diabetic patient and some of my family member have uric acid problem.....

I think you should concentrate on eating a wide variety of vegetables. Vegetables, vegetables and more vegetables. Possibly you will require a little whole grain but not too much (half slice of whole grain bread with your meal), and a fair amount of lean protein (3 to 4 ounces with a meal).

That's it! Vegetables are the key.....lots of vegetables. And go easy on the dressing. A teaspoon or two of olive oil and a teaspoon or two of lemon juice. (We're talking about whole foods; forget about processed foods.)
