I am curiously wondering if there is anyone here who has cured themselves of dis-ease through diet and/or lifestyle changes.
The reason I ask is because I have noticed that whenever I eat a healthy diet, my physical health improves but then my emotional health declines, and whenever I consume a nonhealthy diet my emotional health improves and my physical health declines. How would I go about getting both physical health and emotional health up to 100%?
Whenever I am eating a "healthy diet", I eat only raw fruits and vegetables. That's just me though. I also want to say that it is quite possible to get all the macronutrients--complete protein, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats--from fruits and vegetables alone.
