Sugar alcohols- Equal
How many grams of sugar are there/gram of sugar alcohol (product made from equal)? If a product has 20 grams of sugar alcohol, does this mean there is no sugar?

I'm not aware of any sugar alcohols in Equal. Equal has aspartame, maltodextrin, and dextrose I believe.

Sugar alcohols are not the same as sugar. They have far less calories than normal sugars and some arguably don't even metabolize into sugars.
