Re: hi or low in carbs ?

Hi,

Perhaps your lunch could be improved. I have never seen any can of soup that I would eat. Canned soup is usually salty and the vegetables are usually starchy. Then you include two slices of bread (more starch) and "pro active" butter. What is special about weight watchers brown bread? And what is special about "pro active" butter?

I would rethink your lunch. You need a better source of vegetables. Fresh non-starchy vegetables! Perhaps one slice of whole grain bread and some lean protein.

Tea: You have another two slices of bread and butter. I think you're eating too much bread.

Re: hi or low in carbs ?

I haven't calculated it all but it seems you are eating mostly carbs? Is that your objective?
