mindset after dieting

hi all

i have just reached my goal weight after counting calories. however i now find that i am feeling guilty and weird about stuff like i feel as tho i am wasting calories if i do not have the healthiest lowest calorie option.

has anyone else found this after calorie counting and if so how do u change ur mindset/eating habits?? any suggestions or techniques i should try??? thanks
