Re: Black undereye circles

jav622,

Undereye circles are usually caused by leaky capillaries. Therefore, I would imagine that you need to get some vitamin K in your diet. Foods rich in vitamin K are green leafy vegetables like lettuce, broccoli, spinach, cabbage etc.. Make salads! Let us know if it works.

Are you taking any prescription blood thinners? Do you take aspirin? Fish oil? Eat a lot of oily fish? These items, taken in excessive amounts, can cause or promote leaky capillaries.

Re: Black undereye circles

I don't have food advice to combat the dark under eye circles, but I would recommend if you have not been checked for allergies to do so. I'm allergic to dust mites and when I wasn't being treated for it, I tended to have the dark under eye circles but they're gone now. The allergist said that dark eye circles was one of the symptoms of a histamine reaction.

Question Re: Black undereye circles

A little bit of an obvious question but how much sleep are you getting nightly?
