i am 27 year old. height 6 feet 1 inch . weight 68 kg. Body Type is slim.
Normally i workout for 45 minutes daily.
which one will be more effective for me weight gainer or whey protein ??.
also managing daily diet is quite tough for me due to long working hours.
I want to gain weight up to 80 to 85 kg but with more emphasis on muscles.
