what supplement should i take?
Amino acid / creatine / whey protein. . . or should i stay on soya milk?
i want to build muscle . not so big muscles
body like models and celebrities?
i'm 17 yrs. old
height : 5'9
weight : 75 kg pretty fat . kinda big belly
Workout days: every other day
workout hours: 1 hr 30 min ~ 2 hrs.
somebody told me that
Amino acids = Building Muscles
Whey protein = Toning Muscles
Creatine = energy only
i really dont know if its true
i don't know what will i buy :O
