what supplement should i take? help

what supplement should i take?

Amino acid / creatine / whey protein. . . or should i stay on soya milk?

i want to build muscle . not so big muscles

body like models and celebrities?

i'm 17 yrs. old
height : 5'9
weight : 75 kg pretty fat . kinda big belly
Workout days: every other day
workout hours: 1 hr 30 min ~ 2 hrs.

somebody told me that
Amino acids = Building Muscles
Whey protein = Toning Muscles
Creatine = energy only

i really dont know if its true
i don't know what will i buy :O

help me guys pls

My brother is a body builder and not myself but I do know that he uses the protein shakes during workouts, just before and every half hour into them. He makes two servings and heads to the gym. Drinks 1/4 then starts, 1/4 after a half hour, 1/4 after the hour mark and the last 1/4 at 1.5 hours into his work out. He doesn't have any other shakes or supplements per day that I know about.

He drinks quite a lot of water and eats copious amounts of lean chicken breast and boiled egg whites (you can buy them that are already boiled and peeled so it's convenient).

I'd have to call him to find out which type he uses but I don't think you can post brands here anyway.
