I was just wondering if anyone might be able to help me figure out the right amount of calories I should be consuming in order to slowly lose about 5 pounds. From other posts, I have gathered that I probably am not eating enough and slowing my metabolism in the process. I have tried to use calculators on a few different websites, but they all seem to give me very different answers. I am a 25 yr-old female, 5ft and 110lbs. I run an average of 1hr (@ 7mph) 6-7 days a week. Any thoughts and/or ideas would really help!!! Thank you so much in advance!!!
