green tea helps fight inflammation, so definitely drink it, as for lowering blood pressure, 2 cups a day of hibiscus tea was found as effective as a BP med! it was found to lower BP by 10 points in 4 weeks. Flaxseed is one of the top 10 superfoods and helps keep the heart healthy.
