First Couple Days
I'm 32 and my diet has been terrible for years. Just 2 days ago I started eating better and no junk food. I would load up on carbs, things like baked potatoes piled with sour cream and butter. Anyway, since I haven't been feeding my body like that now my heart is pounding. I feel like my body is in shock and it doesn't know how to react. I am medically fine, no major health issues. Has anyone else's body been in "shock" the first few days of starting a diet? Does this last long and any suggestion on how to help?
I should add, I do not drink caffeinated beverages, and I do not take weight loss pills.
