Hello. Food has always been an issue for me. I use food no matter what mood I'm in. It's definitely a drug for me. I've made tremendous progress over the years. I grew up on unhealthy foods and do love junk food. I've been with my personal trainer for a little over two years. As much as I sometimes struggle w his workouts,food is my greatest struggle. I've gone the last week with little to no grains. I fell off the wagon today by diving into pasta and a bag of Doritos. Nw I feel gross (as I thought I would) and disappointed in myself. I'm looking for encouragement and advice. How to stay on the wagon???? How to lose food as a crutch???
Well, it doesn't have to be all or nothing. Try committing to eating veggies at least once a day. One decent-sized portion. Look for ways to make it easy on yourself, like buying a bagged salad, or frozen veggies.
