I NEED A GOOD DIET PLAN. I am 21 years old 5ft 8 in i weight 200 lbs. I lift 4-5 times a week I just want to see my abs.

I recently went to the store and bought 10 lbs of chicken breast like 5-8 lbs of tolipa fish, tuna, red potatos, celery. eggs

Someone help me make a diet. Thats EFFECTIVE!

Im trying to get down only 10-15 lbs so around 190-185

You are off to a good start with your protein choices. My #1 rule is to avoid sugar.
Don't worry about your abs now, A good overall weight training program is a must.

One of the most effective weight loss plans / diets is the anti-carbs one. All you have to do is cut down drastically on carbs and you will see the results very soon. Coupled with your lifting and gymming schedule, you should have no problem seeing your abs appear in quick time.
