Loss of Motivation with age?

Good evening all, I was wondering about a sudden loss of motivation. When I was in my teens and in my 20's I made it a point to workout at least 3 times a week. Since turning thirty though I haven't been as motivated to work out and will find any reason to work out. When I come home now I just want to be with my family and relax, working out has become unimportant to me. I don't know why but I just can't find the motivation to hit the gym.

Re: Loss of Motivation with age?

Maybe you are just too tired from work. Take time to relax and reassess your priorities. You need to do some exercise to keep you fit. Just choose the one that you will enjoy doing with your family so that you will get motivated.
