My Overall Health in General
I have recently become more advertently health conscious and would love to dive right into all of the wonderful superfoods, supplements, nutrient-rich herbs and teas and etc.. But I found myself a little overwhelmed. I would like to start a diet where all of my bases are covered and all of my nutritional needs are met and surpassed so I can be worry-free about my present and future health. Is there a diet plan I can find to help me work in every superfood, herb, tea and nutrient I need?

Diving right into everything all at once is a tall order and not very realistic in my opinion. It's nice that you have the enthusiasm but, seriously, I don't think it can be done that way. So, naturally, that's why you feel "overwhelmed".
Just as important as what you add to your diet is what you eliminate. You can start by eliminating processed foods. That's a good place to start, in my opinion, and you can do it at your own pace. Processed foods are those foods that usually come packaged and have all kinds of additives like salt, sugar and saturated fats etc..
Then you gradually replace them with natural whole foods like fresh fruits, non-starchy vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds.
