Opinions needed on daily lifestyle

Female, 5'7" #150. Age:30
Morning:
1 cup coffee + splash of soy milk+ 1 packet sweet n low
AND
1 cup kashi go-lean crunch + vanilla soy milk
OR
2 eggs +2 turkey sausage links
OR
1 bananna + 1 tbs natural peanut butter

Lunch:
1 cup vegetable or black bean based meal

Snack:
Weight watchers individual sized cookie pack (150 calories)

Dinner:
1 cup veggies + 4 oz meat + 1 cup brown rice

Snack:
Whatever meal I didn't have for breakfast, I eat when I get off work at 9:30

Exercise: (based on time available in day)
1/2 hour on treadmill at 6 incline and 3.5 speed
OR
20 min. Strength training

Normal daily activity:
I stand/walk at work all day 5 days a week
I lift loads up to 50 pounds a few times a day
Two days a week I sit while doing homework for 5 hours

Sundays: I eat something delicious usually around 500-1000 calories

Jessicasum,

The only way to improve health and maintain a healthy weight is to eliminate processed foods as much as possible and increase natural whole foods as much as possible.

Here's what I would eliminate:

Coffee
Soymilk
Sweet n low
Kashi
Turkey sausage links
Weight Watcher's cookies

Then the trick is to substitute natural whole foods like fresh fruit, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds. Overall, your diet is not that bad. If you seek to improve it, I suggest that you work on the above items.

Yes eat more of healthy and nutritious food..

Try to balance your nutritious requirement by the body.
