The only way to improve health and maintain a healthy weight is to eliminate processed foods as much as possible and increase natural whole foods as much as possible.
Here's what I would eliminate:
Coffee
Soymilk
Sweet n low
Kashi
Turkey sausage links
Weight Watcher's cookies
Then the trick is to substitute natural whole foods like fresh fruit, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds. Overall, your diet is not that bad. If you seek to improve it, I suggest that you work on the above items.
