Gluten is mostly found in wheat but also found in rye and barley. Lots of products are made from wheat so it's easy to find. I'm not familiar with "whole meal" bread; is it 100% whole wheat? Or 100% whole grain? What are the ingredients?
For your purposes, I think the healthiest would be 100% whole wheat. That would likely contain the most gluten.
