Change in Life Style help!

Hi Guys!

First let me thank you all for reading my post!

I am 21 years old 5'10"ish male that weights 207 pounds. I have a unusual eating disorder that limits my intakes on veggies and fruits

My Diet is starting to get the best of me, In a nutshell I have the Diet of a college student with the work schedule of a 40 year old.

That means I have a high intake in carbs (specially sweets), Low to no exercise and, 40+ hour work week, etc, etc.

I'm not looking for a quick fix or a magic product, I'm looking for the best way to change my life style.

I've been doing some research and It appears that maintaining a low carb high protein/fatty diet is key to weight loss.

Is there a good reference I can look up for portions? What suggestions would you have for in between snacks (I've pin pointed my main weak points to be in between meals)

Please help

hi there! i have also struggled with the same issues because i am really fond of taking snacks in between meals. for me, i found eating on small serving of fruits, or sipping on tea (tea has zero calories), and drinking water generously helped me greatly in eliminatin my hunger pangs in between my portioned meals...

yap, drinking water will help. Instead of snacks, try to have vegetables...
