First let me thank you all for reading my post!
I am 21 years old 5'10"ish male that weights 207 pounds. I have a unusual eating disorder that limits my intakes on veggies and fruits
My Diet is starting to get the best of me, In a nutshell I have the Diet of a college student with the work schedule of a 40 year old.
That means I have a high intake in carbs (specially sweets), Low to no exercise and, 40+ hour work week, etc, etc.
I'm not looking for a quick fix or a magic product, I'm looking for the best way to change my life style.
I've been doing some research and It appears that maintaining a low carb high protein/fatty diet is key to weight loss.
Is there a good reference I can look up for portions? What suggestions would you have for in between snacks (I've pin pointed my main weak points to be in between meals)
