Struggling with Consistency
Hello all! A quick history. My highest weight ever was 200. My lowest was about 145. Right now I'm lingering at 157. I workout 5-6 times a week and have a trainer 2x a week. There are times where I do heavy weights. Could part of my 12lb increase be muscle? I am also having trouble with food consistency. I'm an emotional eater and find night time to be my hardest time. I'd love to get back town below 150 but I'm struggling terribly. I've recently started the zone. I felt so good the first week. Lately work has been stressful and I've been exhausted when I get home. So last week consisted of 3 nights of pasta, which I don't have control with. I need a reality check with being so hard on myself but also some helpful hints to be more consistent. Ugh!
