So I wanna get down to 76 kgs am 17 height 187 cm, and Am currently eating about 1500 kcals a day, i think, say today i ate
breqkfast oatmeal with date honey banana and cinnamon powder
later 4 pieces of light whole bread with tahini and veggies
for lunch some baked chicken with mushrooms seaweed cucumbers and boiled peas
later i ate 3 fruits an apple a plum and a peach
for dinner 4 bread pieces (light) a big salad with tuna and 2 eggs, and I'm super duper hungry all day long... Small story, i used to be 73 kgs eating whatever I want whenever I want, then I started fuming and the trainer was a real fool, told me to eat as much as I can, so I thought is gain muscle and stuffed my face an gained 30 kgs in.3 months meaning now I am 103 kgs... Then I see I'm fat and just stopped eating started running and lost about 20 kgs in a month... Now I keep a strict diet of food that doesn't even make me full and I'm seriously suffering I really don't know what to do.. My appetite got huge because of the stuffing, now I'm really scared to get fat again, naturally I'm very skinny, before training I was 60 kgs eating 2 pizzas a day no problem an not gaining any weight... I'd appreciate any help thanks you very much guys... This is really nerve wrecking me...
