Through diet and exercise, I lost a significant amount of weight over an 8 month time-span. However, my weight went too low and my period completely stopped. I have now re-gained 15 pounds and I just got my period back. My weight is now in a normal range, but I do not like the way I look. How do I find a good, healthy balance?
I would suggest going to the doctor and getting a professional's advice. It's scary since you went too low. I went on a website and got my ideal weight. I am 8 pounds shy of hitting it. Good luck and stay healthy-it's the only way.
