If you have a food dehydrator, or know how to do it by oven.... I love making kale chips. Banana chips are great too. Dehydrated mango, bananas, apples... You can do them in bulk and they last a long time too. Great with yogurt or cottage cheese. Sometimes I eat them with a slice of cheese or dollop of cottage cheese, dap of honey and put it on a wasa cracker. Two wasa crackers are 70 calories? Fresh fruit on wasa is good too.
