I am a 20 year old male that is very active (sports and such). For about the last year however, something has been wrong with my digestive system. I could have just gone to the bathroom, and as soon as I sit down, my stomach gets very gassy. If I am standing up or laying down, I am fine, but the second I sit down, I get very gassy...and its embarassing. Its not like I can relieve the gas and its gone, it doesnt go away. It has gotten to the point that in class, I cant pay attention because I am squirming in my seat as to avoid relieving the gas. I have taken over the counter meds like Gas X, mylanta, pepto, but they dont do anything. My family doesnt have insurance, so I cant go to the doctor. Can someone please help me with some exercises or home remedies or just something to help me out. Thanks.
