| Gallstones Question....
i found out i have gallstones, several small ones, i have a consultation with a surgeon on May 10th... anyway last week and now this week i had something happen and i'm not really sure why... both times while i was sleeping, or trying to sleep... my gallbladder felt swollen, i like to sleep on my stomach but if i tried it would feel so uncomfortable, like a baseball was under my skin... i was also having really bad chest pains, had i not known any better, i would've thought i was having a heart attack, although i knew i wasn't.... i find it weird that i was having pain on the left side from this but i know it was from the gallbladder because when i would lay on my stomach or press on my gallbladder the "heart attack" feeling pain would get much worse.... i didn't get any sleep last night from this, i'm just wondering what this is and why does my gallbladder get swollen like this? it last for hours, probably about 5 hours, the swelling and pain.... then it just went away... last week when this happened i started to black out and see spots, i broke into a really bad sweat and then i threw up, which i never throw up.... it was just acid and not much at all.... but after that i started to feel fine again.... the results of my ultrasound showed that i have several mobile gallstones but that my gallbladder doesn't show any signs of swelling or blockage... does anyone know what this is?
