Tonight we had over some friends for dinner, both of whom are doctors, and they kept going on and on about their cancer patients and started to really scare me. I started thinking about all the little things wrong with me, and I tried searching online but found nothing about my topic.

I can almost voluntarily gurgle my stomach and make those funny sounds (kinda like when you are hungry). I can move my stomach in a certain way, inside, and it makes the sounds (not all the time, but 90% of the time). Feels kinda like it's full of gas or something. I also don't really burp/belch, and never have (I don't drink pop or carbonated drinks very much mind you. Infact, I hate pop). I sometimes do this kinda pathetic burp, where it goes up my throat and kind of "pops" near the lower part of my throat, but the sounds never leave my mouth... I can just feel it. Finally, I have (and always have had) a small appetite. I find that I get full very easily, and never really need to eat much during meals. My dad and sister eat like me though, so I've never really looked into it much.

Anyway, my main question, is what's with my stomach and burping "conditions". Is it something to be worried about or to get checked out? I'm an 18-year old male, if that helps at all.
