All: We're leaving for our four night trip Thursday. I'm still waiting for my Celiac blood test to come back, and wondering if I have problems with that or IBS or even gastroparesis (which is a huge diabetic thing.)
Anyway, I am having a round of stressed out stomach. Last night I ate fried shrimp and that just about was the end of it.
I was in church and had a nice attack and had to go home early this morning.
I need some tips--something to do to relieve my stomach trouble and nerves. I know, dont eat fried food! But does anyone have any other ideas? It seems the more I mess with my Reglan or Charcoal, the worse I get. I do notice my Calcium supplements calm things a bit, but what else can I do?
