| Correct breathing is crucial, please read
Hi every1, i am just writing to tell you that if you have problems with your digestion due to nerves like ibs then you are not breathing correctly. I recently bought a product off a company called molocure for ibs and a variety of other digestive disorders and when i recieved it i got some documents with it that explained the importance of breathing correctly. I have ibs (the diarrhea version) and i felt sick all the time with no appetite and i feel that this is due to incorrect breathing. When you breath correctly the motion moves your stomach which stimulates your stomach which helps to break down and digest your food properly. Your body needs food water and oxygen to survive so if your not breathing correctly then your not oxygenating your blood properly in order to complete the millions of metabolic reactions that occur in your body every second, which leads to digestive disorders and nervous disorders like anxiety and panic. I have found that if your the type of person like me who over thinks everything and takes everything seriously then this will help you very much. basically if you are this type of person then your sub concious mind is thinking about the slightest thing and therefore not allowing you to breathe properly so you have to teach your sub concious mind to breathe correctly and the sub concious worrying thoughts will disappear and things will not bother you as much. i've put a band around my arm as a reminder to breathe properly, so everytime i look at it i have a good few deep breaths. In through my nose pushing you stomach out (not your chest) to pull in air and then out through your mouth and pull you belly in. Hope this helps, please give it a try and stick with it cos your life could change just by learning to breathe properly again.
