I am very interested to hear from anyone who has had either of these procedures to correct their problems with acid reflux. Did it help you? Was your medication helping before you had the surgery? My doctor said that to be a candidate for it you need to be responding well to your meds and that just doesn't make sense to me. Different sites on the internet say different things, so I can't get a straight answer. Please respond if you personally know anything about either of these. I'm dying here!!!! Not really, but it sure feels that way. Thanks.
