Congratulations!
As summerlove said I'm no expert, the only thing I could think that might make the adjust ment easier is smaller meals. Are you eating 3 meals a day? If so you might try doing 4 or 5 smaller ones, just so your stomach doesn't have so much to work over at once, then as you start feeling better you could start working back towards the typical 3 a day. Just an idea, good luck!!
